As set out in the Support and Maintenance Life Cycle, the Standard Service for version 8.10 of the PRIMAVERA ERP (Executive and Professional) ends at the end of April 2016, the date marking 18 months since the launch of version 9.0.

Therefore, from April 2016 and in accordance with the established rules, only extra support services will be available for this version.

Openlimits therefore recommends that Customers still on v8.10 upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

Tax forms

As regards the tax forms with changes in 2016 that require updates to the ERP or to Fiscal Reporting, according to the Portuguese tax calendar, the last form still supported in version 8.10 will be Form 22 (Modelo 22). Consequently, the IES (due by 15 July) will only be made available in version 9.15.

Upgrade to version 9.10 of the Primavera ERP now.

✔ Logistics: It brings a set of improvements, including the addition of information to the related information panels, the inclusion of invoicing plans in forecast cash management and the automatic consumption of batches when converting documents.

✔ Human Resources: It adds a set of refinements, such as improvements to calendar update periods in order to support the organisation's new calendar infrastructure.
