CRMais and Winplus are no longer certified by the AT

August 02, 2016

The Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) no longer considers the invoicing software CRMais and Winplus to be certified.

This is because these invoicing programs allow the user to delete records of sales and services provided, and the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority (AT) is investigating other software applications.

"These applications are used by around 10,000 entities which, by 15 September 2016 at the latest, must adopt other programs", the AT warns.

The use of certified invoicing programs is mandatory for taxpayers subject to IRC (corporate income tax), IRS (personal income tax) and VAT with an annual turnover of more than 100,000 euros.
