Primavera ERP - New Periodic VAT Return form

October 31, 2017

Updates are now available that support the new Periodic VAT Return form approved by Ordinance no. 221/2017 of 21 July.

You can see here the main changes in this new Periodic VAT Return form compared with the form in force until 31 August 2017.

One of the changes with the greatest impact is the requirement to indicate the adjustments in field 40 and the date of the adjusted document in Table 1-A of Annex 40. To support this requirement, new versions of the Accounting and Logistics and Treasury modules are being made available. You can see here a summary of these changes.

About this update

To have the updated version of PRIMAVERA Fiscal Reporting, you will need to install the following versions, which are already available:

  • Fiscal Reporting: version 8.0001.1653
  • PRIMAVERA Connectors: version 8.0001.1780
  • DPIVA Form: version 8.0001.1141

You must also ensure that the following modules of PRIMAVERA ERP (Executive / Professional or Starter v9.0, depending on the product line) are updated:

  • Base: version 9.1507.1039
  • Accounting: version 9.1507.1042
  • Logistics and Financial: version 9.1507.1145

Important Notes:

  • Installing this version of the Fiscal Reporting DPIVA form will make a new form available (Periodic VAT Return, approved by Ordinance no. 221/2017), which will need to be associated with the companies, and the respective scenarios will need to be created;
  • Processing this new DPIVA Form requires CBL.BAS 9.02 as the minimum licence;
  • Adjustment documents whose VAT amounts are reported in Table 1-A of Annex 40 and which do not have information on the adjusted document in the accounts will be shown in this annex with the period of the adjustment document.
